Akshara Seva Trust (R)

We strive to promote health by providing primary health facilities for old people, including shelter, food, and basic needs to them.

Akshara Seva Trust is a nonprofit organization established on June 18, 2023. Our objective is to serve senior citizens with high-quality care, comfort, and happiness. We ensure to accommodate seniors with companionship, emotional support, and love, such that every elder person can create new memories. With sincere and huge goodwill, Akshara Old Age Home has created a friendly environment for the senior citizens, fulfilling their requirements to make them feel secure and being present in a homely environment. We provide accommodation, nursing care, food, and various other facilities to the residents, while making every effort to create a comfortable, safe, happy, and dignified lifestyle for the elders.

Socialization and Well-being with Board Game Activities for Seniors

Seniors at Akshara Seva Trust recently enjoyed lively carrom board tournaments organized by a dedicated team. These events went beyond mere competition, offering a platform for social interaction, mental engagement, and physical activity for the elderly residents. The carefully designed tournaments not only enhanced cognitive function and physical dexterity but also served as a catalyst for building new friendships and reinforcing existing bonds within the resident community. The joyous atmosphere and friendly competition contributed significantly to the overall well-being of the participants, creating a sense of camaraderie and fulfillment.
